京东智谷，新型产业用地（M0），共有三个地块，总占地约37.5万平方米，总建筑面积约180万平方米。将建设有高层办公、工业4.0厂房、酒店、公寓、宿舍、配套商业、多层总部楼、墅质总部楼等多种功能建筑。
